2 Step 2: Build Skill & Experience

Teaching meditation and mindfulness confidently and effectively comes down to two things: practicing the meditations yourself in your own life, and practicing teaching meditation to others. In this program, you'll get the opportunity to do both.

But if you want to teach in schools, hospitals, or other institutions, you'll usually need to have Meditation Teacher Insurance, which requires certification. Most institutions require Meditation Teacher Certification as well.
